研究方向
一、 功能納米結構製備與納米加工: 主要涉及各種功能準一維納米結構(如納米管、半導體納米線)製備,可控制生長與摻雜研究;納米結構的顯微結構、生長機理與生長動力學研究;利用納米加工技術(離子束、電子束)和掃描探針技術(SPM)製備納米結構、納米器件;
二、低維物理與納米器件研究: 探索與低維尺度相關聯的基本物理問題:研究單根半導體納米線(管)的量子輸運性能;尺寸限制效應;場發射特性;發光譜特性;摻雜對納米結構物理性能的影響;利用這些功能納米管、納米線製備納米器件等。
三、電子顯微學在凝聚態物理中的套用研究: 電子顯微學在材料物理中發揮著越來越重要的作用,尤其是在低維材料(薄膜、量子阱、納米結構)研究中顯示出強大的威力。本實驗室利用現代電子顯微學的各種手段,如衍射術(高空間分辨,及各種分析方法,如EDS、PEELs)等,對低維材料,如納米材料、半導體量子阱、超導薄膜、發光薄膜材料等進行解剖,研究其微觀結構,揭示其生長機制,並探索材料顯微結構與物理性能的關係。
主要貢獻
承擔了包括國家傑出青年科學基金、海外傑出青年科學基金、973課題等研究項目,在半導體納米線製備與物性研究方面做出了一系列開創性和系統深入的研究工作,尤其是利用簡單熱蒸發方法製備矽納米線、氧化物納米線方面已引起國內外同行的重視,形成較廣泛的影響。在國際著名核心學術刊物上發表200多篇論文,論文他人引用3000餘次,最高單篇他引超過280次,H 因子(H Factor)為31。收到多個國際刊物關於撰寫綜述文章的邀請。培養博士後、博士研究生、碩士研究生、本科生等60餘名,目前大都在國內外重要學術單位、公司任職、繼續深造。
