原料
蝴蝶面100克(100g farfalle noodles)
西芹30克(30g celery)
小黃瓜30克(30g Chinese cucumber)
胡蘿蔔30克(30g carrot)
生菜30克(30g iceberg lettuce)
玉米粒1大匙(1T corn kernels)
輔料

鹽少許(a pinch of salt)
橄欖油1大匙(1T olive oil)

檸檬汁1大匙(1T lemon juice)
糖1茶匙(1t fructose)
橄欖油2大匙(2T olive oil)
鹽1/2茶匙(1/2t salt)
紅酒醋1大匙(1T red vinegar wine)
蒜粉少許(garlic powder as needed)
洋蔥粉少許(onion powder as needed)
胡椒粉少許(pepper as needed)
辣椒粉少許(chili powder as needed)
茴香、羅勒、百里香各少許(fennel,basil and thyme as needed)
做法
1.準備半鍋沸水,加入少許鹽及橄欖油1/2大匙,放入蝴蝶面煮熟後立即撈出浸入冰水;冷卻後撈出瀝乾水分,拌入1/2大匙橄欖油備用。
2.西芹、小黃瓜、胡蘿蔔洗淨,切小塊;生菜洗淨,撕小片後浸入冰水,取出瀝乾待用。
3.將調味料(2)混合均勻即為醬汁。
4.把所有材料及醬汁混合均勻即可。
1.Add a little salt and 1/2T of olive oil to half pot of water,cook noodles in until done and remove to soak in ice water to cool.Remove and drain first, then stir in 1/2T of olive oil to mix.
2.Rinse celery,cucumber and carrot well,then cut into small pieces.Rinse lettuce well and tear into small pieces with hands,then soak in ice water for some time.Remove and drain well.
3.Combine seasoning(2) well to make dressing.
4.Combine all ingredients and dressing well. Remove to plate and serve.
