個人簡歷
黃軼群,博士,上海海洋大學食品學院教授,博士生導師。畢業於美國華盛頓州立大學食品系,獲博士學位;曾先後在美國華盛頓州立大學生物系統工程系從事博士後工作, 紐約城市大學皇后學院任助理教授,從事食品科學與營養的教學與研究工作。主要研究領域:食品快速、無損檢測,食品的溯源性,油炸食品及食用油的安全性,淡水魚明膠的提取及套用,食品和食品原料的物化特性,健康產品的開發。近年來,先後在國外重要期刊上發表學術論文20餘篇,參與出版專著1部,為10多個國外重要期刊審閱稿。
履歷2004-2008年,紐約城市大學,從事食品科學與營養的教學與研究工作;
2009年至今,上海海洋大學食品學院工作。
獲2009年上海市人才發展資金,入選2009年上海市浦江人才計畫, 和2009年上海市“東方學者”特聘教授。
