製作方法
1、豆油皮用廚房剪剪成三長塊,然後從一頭捲起來,用棉繩捆住。
2、鍋里多放些油,油熱後放進豆油皮卷,小火炸到外皮微焦,呈金黃色即可。
3、黃瓜切絲,香菜切斷,蔥切片,蒜切末,晾涼的豆油皮去掉繩子切成粗絲。
4、把所有的原料放進盆子裡拌勻即可。
