許斌，男，博士生導師，湖南大學防災與安全工程系主任。
研究方向
大型複雜結構系統的監測與控制、新型感測技術
非線性動力結構系統識別
混凝土結構的動力本構

學歷
1988年9月-1992年6月，華中理工大學土木工程系工業與民用專業本科生，獲工學學士學位
1992年9月-1995年6月，華中理工大學土木工程學院結構工程專業碩士生，獲工學碩士學位
1998年1月-2001年3月，受日本文部省國費獎學金資助到日本國立茨城大學都市系統工程系攻讀博士學位，獲得工學博士學位
工作經歷
2001年4月-2003年3月，受日本學術振興會(JSPS)科研獎勵費資助，作為JSPS特別研究員(博士後)在日本茨城大學從事研究工作
2003年4月-2003年10月，作為日本文部科學省研究員，在日本茨城大學參加日本文部科學省重大項目研究工作
2003年11月-2005年6月，在美國密蘇里大學從事研究工作
2005年起受聘為湖南省“芙蓉學者”，任湖南大學土木工程學院教授
2006年6月被批准為博士生導師
2007年受邀以Gledden高級訪問學者身份到澳大利亞西澳大學開展合作研究
2008年受邀以訪問教授身份到美國休斯敦大學開展合作研究
