蔣健暉,男,教授,1971年10月出生於湖南省邵陽市,國家傑出青年科學基金獲得者(2010),英國皇家化學會會士(FRSC, 2014)。曾任《化學學報》、《化學通報》、《分析化學》、《Current Analytical Chemistry》、《Journal of Analysis and Testing》、《化學感測器》、《Analytical Chemistry》(A-pages,2012-2016年)等編委。湖南大學分析化學專業學士學位(1993年)、碩士學位(1996年)、理學博士學位(1999年)。日本關西學院大學博士後(2000.11-2001.12)、訪問教授(2002.11-2003.2)。主要研究方向為生物感測與生化分析、高通量單分子檢測、化學計量學。SCI收錄論文300餘篇,引用逾9000次,H指數50。通訊作者論文150餘篇,他引約5000次,其中IF>5論文69篇(JACS 5篇;Angew Chem Int Ed 2篇;Chem Rev 1篇;Anal Chem 24篇)。中國發明專利申請23件(授權16件)。獲2014年國家自然科學二等獎(排名第三)、2008年教育部自然科學一等獎(排名第三)、2003年國家自然科學二等獎(排名第五)、2002年Buchi國際近紅外光譜學獎(排名第一)等。曾主持國家傑出青年科學基金項目、國家重大科學儀器研製項目、國家自然科學基金面上項目、歐盟FP7項目等 。

1999年:畢業於湖南大學分析化學專業,獲理學博士學位;
2001.10~2002.12:日本關西學院大學理學院博士後研究員,訪問教授。
主要研究方向為化學計量學與化學感測器,圍繞蛋白質、核酸與小分子三類具有重要意義的生物標誌分子檢測的共性方法與技術,探索解決生物識別的分子基礎以及高靈敏、高選擇性的信號轉換新原理兩個關鍵科學問題,發展了多種生物識別信號轉換與放大的新方法,形成了系統且獨具特色的研究成果。
主要如下:
1)提出了表面鄰近雜交分析生物感測新原理,解決了核酸適體感測研究中需要構象變化信息、難以設計和靈敏度較低的技術瓶頸,系統建立了蛋白質、核酸及小分子與金屬離子檢測的生物感測新方法。
2)建立了基因點突變的連線酶分析新技術,提出了基於均相識別與表面檢測兩級分析新思路,提高了方法穩定性與重現性,解決了大量野生型基因中突變體高特異性檢測的技術瓶頸。
3)發展了基於碳納米管隧道電流效應標記生物沉積信號放大分析生物感測新方法,解決了現有方法中電化學標記產物擴散帶來的靈敏度損失的問題;首次發現小分子修飾核酸的末端保護現象,發展碳納米管隧道電流效應標記的生物相互作用分析方法,進而研製了微型化的微間隙陣列感測器件,為重大疾病現場檢測提供了技術支撐。已發表相關國際學術論文60餘篇。曾應邀參加ICAS(2001,東京)與INTERACT(2002,悉尼)國際會議並作特邀報告。
