原料:生菜1個、西紅柿幾個、新鮮基圍蝦1斤、鹽1小勺、橄欖油1小勺、千島汁沙拉醬適量。做法:
1、基圍蝦沖洗乾淨,放入鍋里,加半杯水;
2、大火煮到所有基圍蝦變成橙紅色,撒1小勺鹽關火;
3、生菜沖洗乾淨,用手撕成合適大小的塊(儘量不用刀切);
4、西紅柿切塊,和生菜裝入盆中,淋入1小勺橄欖油;
5、最後加沙拉醬或千島汁拌勻。
