發表論文60餘篇。申請人承擔了多項科研項目,是國家自然科學基金項目“雷射燒蝕成膜動力學過程的光譜/質譜研究”(1994-1996)的負責人,該項目結題被評為特優;是國家自然科學基金重點項目“團簇結構、尺寸效應物理性質的研究”(1997)復旦大學部分負責人;是國家自然科學基金項目“快脈衝放電製備尺寸可控納米Ⅲ族氮化物及光學特性研究”(2000-2002)和“低能氮離子束注入金剛石薄膜的氮化改性研究”(2001-2003)的負責人;是863項目“關鍵光學材料的特性研究”(2002)的負責人。申請人1996年在第三屆國際原子分子會議上作關於氮化物的邀請報告;2003年在氮化物納米材料方面的研究成果被美國NOVA出版社邀請 ,為《ProgressinNanotechnologyResearch》一書撰寫其中的一章,將於2004年三月份出版。2001年獲上海市科技進步二等獎《氮化物新型材料的合成研究》(第二作者)。
