In(ON) this weekend, I read the paragraph 1 to 3 in unit 3.
This is a passage talking about the workers’ attitude and their working environment.
This is a topic which is related with my major.
In the last century, the industry was developing quickly. Lots of people gave up farming and went into the factory. This activity completely Changed their working environment and working method. Outdoor changed into indoor. Diversify work changed into simple work.
In that period the factory was running only for profit .and the profit was the most important but not the human being. They needed to work for a long time in order to get a higher payment. And the factory needed them to work for a long time in order to get the profit as much as possible.
The owner of the factory is always greedy. But in that period, most of people don’t(didn`t) realize (realized)this question. They just repeat their work and get the payment.
But nowadays .as the education has been well improved. People’s quality becomes much better than before. They begin(to) think how they will affect the whole organization. As the material life has been well improved, the aims of their work are not only the payment but also the successes which can satisfy their mind .the worker have more requests to (是不是用FOR會好點.自己改的迷糊了)the company they are working for.
