【配料】絲瓜2根,冬粉1把,蒜頭1朵。【製作方法】
1、冬粉用清水泡軟,蒜頭去皮剁成蒜泥。
2、泡軟的冬粉放在盤子裡墊底,絲瓜去皮,洗淨,切塊,放在冬粉上面。
3、蒸鍋水滾後,將絲瓜入鍋蒸10分鐘左右。
4、蒸好的絲瓜均勻澆上少許生抽(或者蒸魚豉油),另鍋熱油,小火爆香蒜蓉至金黃色,淋到絲瓜上即可。
(直接把蒜蓉放在絲瓜上一起蒸也行,但是在鍋里炸香之後再放到絲瓜上,能讓原本很清淡的菜增加一些香味。)
