博士、副教授。天津大學學士、碩士學位,上海交通大學博士學位,法國國家科學研究中心博士後。主持完成一項國家自然科學基金(基於耐高溫mutS蛋白、pfu DNA聚合酶、dU修飾寡核苷酸探針的SNP檢測技術),作為第二完成人參與一項國家973二級子項目(蛋白質複合物動態變化的分子機制與功能)和一項國家863探索項目(基於RNase H 酶促反應檢測SNP 的技術)。研究興趣主要集中在極端微生物DNA複製損傷修復及套用研究。已總結20篇SCI論文,其中第一作者10篇。另外獲得授權了5項關於SNP測定和基因克隆的國家發明專利。
研究方向
1) DNA損傷修復、DNA複製。重點研究極端嗜熱、嗜酸、嗜鹽微生物的DNA複製及調控機制,鹼基切除修復、核苷酸切除修復、同源重組修復等DNA損傷修復反應機制等。
2) 極端微生物合成的有重要工業套用價值的酶製劑的開發套用。從各種極端微生物中篩選澱粉酶、脂肪酶、蛋白酶等工業酶製劑。
3) 高通量基因克隆和重組蛋白製備技術研究。開發各種高通量基因克隆、蛋白製備技術,套用於生命科學研究和蛋白藥物篩選。
4) 核酸檢測與基因多態性分型。開發各種核酸檢測和基因多態性分型技術和檢測試劑盒,用於人類遺傳病分子診斷和家禽養殖等農牧業生產中的流行病檢測。
