中國國際醫學研究會
中國國際醫學研究會是由我國醫學界縱多知名專家、學者及社會活動家和中國醫學科學技術工作者自願組成的學術性、公益性、非營利性的全國性醫學學術研究團體，是聯繫醫學工作者與政府職能部門的社會組織平台，是發展中國醫學科學技術事業的重要社會力量。
學會宗旨
中國國際醫學研究會的宗旨：以加強中華醫學研究，推動中華醫學與國際醫學間的醫學技術交流與合作，團結、組織廣大醫學科學技術工作者，遵守國家相關法律和法規，貫徹國家科學技術工作和衛生工作方針為宗旨。充分利用現代信息技術，為社會公眾提供有關醫療衛生領域的公益慈善服務；弘揚白求恩精神，開展與醫藥衛生及人民健康事業相關的各類公益活動；廣泛動員社會力量關注弱勢群體，扶持我國西部欠發達地區、老少偏多的貧窮地區醫療衛生機構的發展與構建，縮小農村與城市醫療衛生機構的差距；為提高我國廣大人民民眾的健康水平和發展我國醫療、醫藥衛生事業貢獻力量。
主要業務範圍
中國國際醫學研究會的主要業務為：開展中國與國際間醫學學術技術的交流；開發中國醫學與國際先進醫學的相關項目合作；編輯出版醫學、科普等各類期刊及音像製品；開展專科醫師的培訓和考核；發現、推薦和培養優秀醫學科技人才；宣傳、獎勵醫德高尚、業務精良的醫務人員；承擔政府委託職能及承辦委託任務；促進醫學科技與經濟建設相結合，為會員和醫學科技工作者服務，為人民健康服務，為社會主義現代化建設服務。開展與國際先進醫學的交流與合作，幫助國內醫務工作者學習掌握適用技術和國際先進的前沿醫學信息。中國國際醫學研究會在理事會的領導下，自成立以來以研究國際先進醫學、發展中華醫學、促進醫學學術交流、加強基層衛生事業發展、提高全民醫療水平等方面開展了大量工作，得到了社會各界廣泛的認可和良好讚譽。

總則
第一條本會名稱為中國國際醫學研究會，英文名稱為：
ChinaInternationalMedicalResearchCouncil，
簡稱中醫會，英文縮寫(CIMRC)。
第二條中醫會（以下簡稱本會）是由我國醫學界縱多知名專家、學者及社會活動家和中國醫學科學技術工作者自願組成的學術性、公益性、非營利性的全國性醫學學術研究團體；是黨和政府聯繫醫學健康科技工作者及醫學健康企事業單位的橋樑和紐帶；是促進我國醫學健康事業發展的重要社會力量。
第三條本會的宗旨是本著友好合作、平等互利的原則，積極促進我國醫學健康機構與世界各國民間團體和個人進行國際間的交流。遵守國家憲法、法律、法規，堅持改革開放的方針，團結全國醫學健康科技人員和醫學健康企事業單位，弘揚中國傳統和現代醫學健康方法，促進中華民族的寶貴養生文化走向世界，提高炎黃子孫乃至人類種屬的身體素質和健康水平，為祖國四化建設服務。
第四條本會接受中華人民共和國衛生部和民政部的業務指導與監督。慣徹國家衛生方針與政策。發揚學術民主實事求是，普及與提高相結合，堅持“崇尚醫學技術研究，促進社會和諧發展”的思想理念，加強中華醫學與國際醫學間的交流與合作，推動我國醫學健康事業的健康發展。

業務範圍
第六條本會的業務範圍
一、加強中華醫學健康事業研究，推動中華醫學與國際醫學在學術技術上展開廣泛的交流與合作，團結、組織國內外相關前沿醫學技術的交流活動，編撰、出版醫學期刊與專著，向全國普及國內外相關前沿醫學技術信息。
二、為醫學健康企業提供信息、技術、科研及專利成果，扶植、協調、促進醫學健康事業的健康發展。
三、在有關部門指導下開展國內外醫學健康學術交流活動和繼續醫學教育，不斷提高醫學健康事業的科技水平。
四、面向全國普及醫學健康知識，充分利用現代信息技術，為社會公眾提供有關醫療衛生領域的公益慈善服務，造福於社會。
五、接受政府職能部門委託，鑑定、開發、推廣醫學健康科技成果，促進科技成果的轉化。
六、對本專業有突出貢獻的會員或團體實行表彰。
七、依法保護會員的合法權益，向有關部門反映他們的意見或要求，為會員提供服務或幫助。
八、廣泛動員社會力量關注弱勢群體，扶持我國西部欠發達地區、老少偏多的貧窮地區醫療衛生機構的發展與構建，縮小農村與城市醫療衛生機構的差距，為提高我國廣大人民民眾的健康水平和發展我國醫療、醫藥衛生事業貢獻力量。
會員申請
第七條凡承認本會章程符合會員條件者，均可申請為本會會員。本會設會員、專科會員、團體會員、名譽會員。
第八條各類會員條件
一、會員
1.醫學院校畢業、獲得相應技術職稱（資格）者；
2.非醫學院畢業，但從事有關醫學健康方面工作的人員；
3.積極支持本會工作，並從事本專業領域工作的人員；
4.其他科學技術學會或組織的會員符合上述條件者可以跨會申請為本會會員。
二、專科會員
本會會員從事本專科工作五年以上取得一定成就者可申請專科學會會員資格。
三、團體會員
凡願意參加本會活動，擁護本會章程，支持本會工作，與本會專業有關，在本團體的業務（行業、學科）領域內具有一定影響力，且具有一定數量科技人員的機構及企業單位。
四、名譽會員
國內外著名的專家，對我國醫學健康事業的發展有重要貢獻，熱心贊助本會工作者，並對促進我國與其他國家（或地區）的友好關係做出重要貢獻者。
第九條入會審批手續
個人會員由本人申請，經本會會員二人介紹或經所在單位推薦按本會章程規定由中國國際醫學研究會審核批准，統一編號發證。
專科會員由專科分會按照本會章程規定，審核批准報本會備案；
團員會員向本會提出申請，經本會理事會或常務理事會批准；名譽會員由專科學會推薦，本會提名，經常務理事會批准，由本會授予證書。
會員權利與義務
第十條會員的權利與義務。
一、會員與專科會員
1.權力
（1）享有選舉權、被選舉權和表決權；
（2）享有對本會和本專科分會工作的建議和批評權；
（3）優先參加本會和專科分會舉辦的有關學術活動；
（4）優先參加本會或專科分會組織的國際醫學會議和相關醫學公益活動；
（5）優先在本會期刊上發表論文，取得本會編印的有關資料；
（6）入會自願，退會自由。
2.義務
（1）遵守會章；
（2）執行本會和專科分會決定，完成本會委託的工作；
（3）參加本會組織的科技推廣、科普活動；
（4）參加社會公益性活動；
（5）按期交納會費；
（6）為發展本會事業自願捐贈及募集資金。
二、團員會員
1.權力
（1）享有本會團員的選舉權、被選舉權和表決權；
（2）優先參加本會組織的國內外學術活動；
（3）優先取得本會的學術資料；
（4）可要求本會優先給予技術諮詢，協助舉辦培訓班及國內外學術會議；
（5）對本團體工作的批評建議和監督權；
（6）義務
同以上會員的義務。
第十一條各類會員均由本會發給會員證。
第十二條會員退會應書面通知本會，並交回會員證。會員一年內不交納會費或不參加本團活動，視為自動退會。不得再以本會會員名義對外開展活動。
第十三條會員如有嚴重違反本會章程的行為，經理事會或常務理事會研究通過，予以除名。
附則
第十四條本會章程解釋權屬於理事會。

Article9membershipexamineandapproveformalities
Individualmembershipbyoneself,whichappliesforamemberofthetwopeopleintroducesorbyplaceunitrecommendedaccordingtothearticlesbyChinainternationalmedicalresearchcouncilforapproval,unifiedNumbersissuance.
Juniormembersbyspecializedsubjectbranchinaccordancewiththearticlesofassociationapprovedreportedrecord,
Delegatetotheclubmembersapply,bythecouncilorthestandingcouncilforapproval,Honorarymembersbythecollegesocietyrecommendation,theapprovalofthestandingcouncilnomination,andcertificate,bytheFSC.
