趙曉輝[電子科技大學副教授]

趙曉輝:男,電子科技大學副教授。主要從事功能氧化物薄膜的製備、結構表征、生長機理研究。

個人簡介

長期從事氧化物陶瓷及薄膜的製備、結晶行為分析、微觀結構調控及表征、電學性能檢測及分析等工作。主持和參與了國家自然科學基金,科技部863,總裝預研,空裝預研,國防科工局基礎研究,教育部留學回國人員科研啟動

基金,廣東省產學研合作專項等多項科研項目,在Physical Review B, Applied Physics Letters, Journal of American Ceramic Society等刊物上發表論文10餘篇,SCI引用100餘次。申請國家發明專利7件。

電子束蒸發, 磁控濺射, 化學氣相沉積(MOCVD)及化學溶液法製備複合功能氧化物薄膜

3. 集成薄膜感測器

薄膜熱電偶、薄膜應變計、薄膜氣體質量流量感測器、薄膜熱流計的材料體系設計與製備
