比林斯自然避孕法

點擊此處添加圖片說明20世紀70年代，澳大利亞的約翰和伊芙蓮比林斯兩位醫生根據婦女生殖系統周期性生理變化的特點，首創宮頸粘液觀察法來測定排卵期，用以指導避孕。這種方法稱為“比林斯自然避孕法”，並已得到世界衛生組織的推薦。近幾年來已有100多個國家推廣使用“比林斯法”。
