原料:雞腿6隻(大的棒棒腿)、黃瓜1條、香菜、辣椒油、白芝麻、鮮貝露、鹽、糖少許製作過程:

TIPS:
1、事先醃製黃瓜絲主要是為了能漬出黃瓜里的水,使得涼拌的時候不會再生出多餘的水份,同時也能去掉一部分苦味。沒經過此工序拌出的涼拌菜,裡頭一定會有很多的水份。

3、焯雞腿的時候,雞腿里會有血水滲出來,湯水裡就會變得混濁有血沫,可以拿漏勺把那些血沫子撇出來。
