材料:蕎麥麵 冷開水 胡蘿蔔絲 黃瓜絲 豆芽調料:鹽 生抽 辣椒油 熟白芝麻 香醋 香油 糖 雞精
做法:
1、事先將調料拌勻混合後冷藏1個小時左右
2、蕎麥麵隨冷水入鍋煮至沒有硬芯(期間可酌情添次冷水)。撈出即刻放冷開水浸泡,5分鐘左右之後撈出倒香油拌勻防止粘連
3、將胡蘿蔔絲,黃瓜絲豆芽入開水鍋中焯熟過冷開水,和蕎麥麵一起混合,再澆上冷藏後的調料,拌勻後即可。
煮熟後立刻入涼水中浸泡,可使面更加勁道。(最好用加了冰塊的冷水)
調料請根據自己口味酌情增減
調料冷藏後再用,也是為了讓麵條吃起來冰涼爽快哈

Practices:
