【配料】原料:蝶型意大利麵,圓白菜,毛豆,青蝦,黃瓜片,乾辣椒
調料:鹽,生抽,番茄醬,辣椒仔原味辣汁,味素。
【製作方法】
前期準備:
1、圓白菜洗淨頭瀝乾水份後切成塊備用。
2、煮好的毛豆剝出豆子備用。
3、青蝦去頭,去蝦線,去殼,剝出整顆蝦仁,黃瓜切菱形片備用。
4、蝦仁用少許鹽,料酒醃製5分鐘。
5、乾辣椒用剪刀剪成小段備用。
6、鍋中倒入適量的水大火燒開,放入意面。

烹飪製作:

6、再放入少許的番茄汁後,炒勻,加入適量的味素即可出鍋。
