基本步驟

原料:小麥澱粉100g、黃瓜2根(榨黃瓜汁200ml)、胡蘿蔔絲少許、鹽、蒜泥米醋、香油、蚝油、辣椒油、白芝麻。
黃瓜汁涼皮做法:
涼皮具體製作方法參考冬至沒有雪――自製涼皮(附辣椒油做法) 過程的最後兩步;
做好的涼皮切絲,加黃瓜絲少許,胡蘿蔔絲少許,鹽,蒜泥,米醋,香油,蚝油,辣椒油,白芝麻拌勻即可。
