研究領域
目前主要研究極端嗜鹽古生菌熱激蛋白Hsp70基因的轉錄和調控機制。研究表明，古生菌在基因轉錄方面與真核生物相似，而轉錄調節因子則類似於細菌。因此，開展本研究可以揭示古生菌體內獨特的基因轉錄調控的奧秘。
