《轉型經濟中與後金融危機時代企業管理》

南京大學商學院於2011年6月5-6日召開“第七屆企業跨國經營國際研討會——轉型經濟中與後金融危機時代企業管理”研討會。本次研討會基於轉型經濟時期和後金融危機的時代背景,結合當前中國經濟建設和企業發展的需要,集中探討企業跨國經營管理過程中面臨的一些重大課題。主要包括:企業對外直接投資與跨國企業經營、跨文化管理、後金融危機時代的經營策略、轉型經濟中的人力資源管理、工作-生活質量提高、組織發展和變化、勞資關係管理、市場管理、衝突管理、創業與企業家精神、風險管理、物流與電子商務、管理倫理、公司理財與會計、銀行、金融與保險、技術與創新管理、中日兩國經濟發展與企業管理(由中國南京大學商學院、中國人民大學經濟學院和日本九州大學經濟學部共同舉辦的第六屆聯合國際研討會),以及由南京大學商學院與西通?希爾大學共同舉辦的中美女企業家創業專題國際研討會。本次研討會共收到了國內外徵文100餘篇,經過大會組織專家匿名評審,有67篇論文被錄用並匯集成這本由趙曙明、JoelGLASSMAN、劉洪和劉春林主編的《轉型經濟中與後金融危機時代企業管理》。
