劇情大綱

黑又男(卓文萱飾演)為幫父親還債，女扮男妝前往大大集團工作。她和新任總經理姚廷君（張勛傑飾演）有過節，原本只是上網留言宣洩怒氣，沒想到讓她成為箭靶，幸而姚廷君不拘小節，對又男直言的個性十分欣賞，又男因禍得福被調至廷君身邊工作。

廷君想要追回深愛的女友米亞（王怡仁飾演），卻因為特助張明（Gino 飾演）送錯禮物，讓廷君迫於無奈的和曾有過節的“黑麗雪”約會。原來“黑麗雪”就是又男，她以“黑麗雪”的女生身份，和“黑又男”的男生身份，徘徊在廷君身邊，漸漸地被廷君所吸引，但是她內心十分掙扎。
另一方面，一路上幫助又男隱瞞女扮男裝身份的同事宋文謙（吳中天飾演），看到又男對家人無悔的付出，內心深受感動，漸漸地喜歡上又男。原本只是默默守候又男的文謙，發現自己的親生父親，竟是大大集團總裁姚天馳（艾偉飾演），一向溫順的他，開始有了爭取又男的欲望……
