【製作方法】
1、所有原料洗淨,香菇切丁,豌豆剝去豆莢,把燕麥與粳米混合一起,按照豆漿機操作說明書要求倒入適量水進行操作,做好燕麥豆漿待用;
2、鍋中燒開水,滴入鹽與油,先後把豌豆、菇丁過水焯,瀝乾;(豌豆最好焯至8分熟)
3、取鍋仔點燃加熱,倒入燕麥豆漿小火煮沸,依次下豌豆、菇丁、火腿丁,不停攪動,以防豆漿粘鍋底,放鹽調味即可。
【小貼士】
1、燕麥豆漿里可以添放你喜歡的任何菜蔬和海鮮、肉類。
2、燕麥豆漿倒入鍋仔後,可適當加點水稀釋。
