滄州屹城鋼管制造有限公司,坐落於河北省孟村縣付林工業區,是專業生產無縫鋼管的現代化製造企業。公司占地面積3萬平米,年產無縫鋼管及配套管件5萬噸。公司一期投資4500萬元,現擁有¢180自動軋管生產線一條,熱軋穿孔機組2套,互動式雙芯桿冷拔機12台,並有自動旋轉軋頭機、管材矯直機、無水冷退火爐以及表面酸洗、塗層等配套生產設備。公司理化實驗室可承擔產品的各項物理及化學檢測和試驗,已實現線上渦流探傷及漏磁探傷。
公司已先後取得ISO9001質量管理體系認證,美國石油學會API認證(API 5L證號:0988),生產的產品廣泛套用於石油、天然氣、管網、化工 、電力、水煤氣輸送、各種承壓管線等領域。主要產品可按GB 、ASTM 、API 、DIN 、EN、JIS 等標準生產,產品銷往全國並出口東南亞、中東、北非、歐美等十幾個國家和地區。

生產設備
環形加熱爐 Ring shape furnace
主要功能是將鋼管管坯進行加熱達到軋制所需要的溫度。該環形爐最適宜加熱圓管坯,具有加熱均勻、加熱效率高、能耗低、自動化強度高等優點。
The main heat the round billet to reach the temperature required for rolling. This furnace is most suitable fof heating round steel billets. The advantages are even heating, higher effciency, lower energy consumption and higher automatization.
穿孔機 Hole-piercing machine
主要功能是將管坯製成毛管。該穿孔機為錐形輥穿孔機,既適用於普通碳鋼穿孔,又適用於合金鋼穿孔。具有穿孔延伸率大、毛管質量好、穿孔效率高等優點,是目前世界上最先進的毛管生產方式。
The main function is to roll the steel billet to pipe. The machine is based on a coneshaped roller, which is not only suitable for mormal carbon steel, but also for alloy steel. The advantages are high elongation rate, quality coarse pipe, higheffciency, ets . It is currently the most advanced coarse pipe production equipment in the word.
軋管機 Rolling machine
主要功能是將穿孔機軋出的毛管進一步軋制、變形,完成從毛管到荒管的轉變。該軋管機為ASSEL 三輥軋管機,不僅適合生產中厚壁無縫鋼管,而且也可以生產薄壁無縫鋼管,且壁厚精度高可達±5%,是目前世界上先進的三輥軋管機。
The main function is to further roll the coarse pipe that is produced by the hole-punching machine and to change the pipe shape so that primary pipe completed. The machine is an ASSEL rolling machine with 3 rollers. It is not noly suitable for increased wall thickness seamless pipes but also for small thickness pipes it is also a high precsion equipment (The tolerance can be ±5%). The machine is the most advanced in the world too.
步進爐 Walking furnace
即再加熱爐,主要功能是將荒管再次加熱到規定的溫度,為下一道工序做好準備。該步進爐具有加熱快,加熱溫度均勻、加熱鋼管基本無燒損等優點。
It is a further heating furnace. The main function is to heat the primary pipe to setted temperature for the next process. The advantages are heating quickly and evenly with almost no rejection of pipes because of burning.
減徑機 (定徑機)
Diameter-decreasing machine主要功能是講皇冠進行軋制變形,使其達到工藝規定的尺寸。該設備為18架微張力減徑機,是目前國內最成熟的張力減徑設備。工藝成熟,尺寸精度高,壁厚增厚小,切頭、切尾少。
The main function is to roll the primary pipe so that the shape changes again and meets the size that is in accordance with technical requirements. the machine comprises 18 small-lensile-force diameter decreasers. It is the most mature tensile force diameter reducing equipment in China. It is rigorous specitication is that it can produce high precise size and size and wall thickness and small ends cut .
冷床 Cooling bed
主要功能是講熱狀態下的鋼管冷卻到150℃以下。該冷床具有冷卻均勻,鋼管彎曲度小等優點。The main function is to cool the hot steel pipe to less than 150℃ . The cooling bed can cool the pipe evenly and low cambering rate .
矯直機 Straightener
主要功能是將鋼管在常溫下矯直,使其彎曲度達到工藝要求。該矯直機採用PLC控制系統,自動進料、出料、自動調整,具有矯直效率高、性能穩定等 優點。The main function is to straighten the pipe in normal temperature so that the straightness meets technical requirements. the machine adopts PLC controlling system . The pipe can be fed-in and come out automatically and auto matically adjusts so that pipe straightened machine works very efficiently and stably .
熱處理淬火爐、回火爐
Quenching Tempering furnace熱處理生產線包括兩台淬火爐和兩台回火爐,熱處理淬火爐和回火爐具有正火、淬火+回火、正火+回火的功能。該生產線是以天然氣座位清潔能源,採用先進的脈衝燃燒技術,具有高產、優質、低消耗及生產操作自動化等優點,可生產N80-QL80、P110等高剛級、抗擠毀系列油套管產品,提高了油套管的剛級性能。
The heat treatment line includes two quenching furnaces and two tempering furnaces. which is used to normalizing , quenching & tempering and mormalizing & tempering . The line Uses natuvantages are high efficjency , low energy consuming high quality and high automatization . ect. The line is suitable for upgrading the high steel grade and high collapsing resistant OTCG such as N80-Q P110 ect. because it is capable to improve the steel's properties.
