溜豬肝

豬肝,鹽,醋,醬油,澱粉,乾紅辣椒,青椒,青蒜,雞精1.豬肝切片沖洗乾淨濾乾水,加鹽,幾滴醋,醬油,少許澱粉抓勻備用; 2.乾紅椒數隻,青椒斜圈,青蒜切段; 4.余油下乾紅椒嗆鍋,下青椒圈青蒜頭,撒少許鹽煸出香味,倒入剩下的青蒜葉和豬肝一起翻炒幾下,噴醬油撒雞精OK出鍋!

做法:

3.炒鍋燒油下豬肝迅速滑炒變色盛出;
4.余油下乾紅椒嗆鍋,下青椒圈青蒜頭,撒少許鹽煸出香味,倒入剩下的青蒜葉和豬肝一起翻炒幾下,噴醬油撒雞精OK出鍋!
