主要經歷
1936年生於黑龍江省綏化縣四方台鎮，1957年畢業於吉林大學數學系，同年至大連理工大學任教，1980年任副教授，1984年任教授，1985年任美國Georgia Tech訪問教授，1987年回大連理工大學任教。

研究領域
1998年為國家九五攀登預選項目‘數學機械化及其套用”成員。
1998-2003年為國家重點基礎研究發展規劃項目“數學機械化與自動推理平台”成員。
1999-2001年主持博士點基金項目：“力學問題求解的代數化對偶化體系。”
2001-2001年主持國家自然科學基金項目：“力學問題求解的代數化對偶化體系。”
