張永明,祖籍河南安陽,1960年4月生。上海交通大學化學化工學院特聘教授,山東東嶽集團首席科學家,十二屆全國人大代表,全國勞動模範,獲2011年國家技術發明獎,獲2012年度何梁何利科學與技術進步獎。長期從事含氟功能高分子材料及其功能膜材料研究,主持並圓滿完成多項國家863計畫及國家科技支撐計畫重大項目,研發成功中國氯鹼工業用全氟離子膜系統技術、新能源和新能源汽車用質子交換膜系統技術及系列特種含氟高分子材料。國產氯鹼全氟離子膜的問世,結束了國外30年技術壟斷,為中國實現了從氯鹼大國到氯鹼強國的歷史性跨越奠定了基礎,是我國氯鹼工業發展的里程碑。獲授權發明專利100餘項,起草3項國家標準,發表SCI論文70餘篇,編著的《含氟功能材料》一書獲中國石化聯合會優秀圖書一等獎。

研究方向

1、全氟離聚物及全氟離子交換膜。

2、全氟離子交換膜性能評價及其在燃料電池、釩液流電池、工業催化、水處理等領域的套用。

3、燃料電池催化劑及其載體。

4、含氟功能高分子材料研究、特種化學品研究與套用技術。

5、光電功能材料研究 。

主要貢獻

經過10年的艱苦攻關,成功開發出國產氯鹼離子膜。國產氯鹼全氟離子膜的問世,結束了國外30年技術壟斷,為中國實現了從氯鹼大國到氯鹼強國的歷史性跨越奠定了基礎,是我國氯鹼工業發展的里程碑。

開發出國產燃料電池膜,膜的綜合性能躋身世界先進水平。

獲2011年度國家技術發明二等獎、2012年度何梁何利科學與技術進步獎等獎項。長期從事含氟功能高分子材料及其功能膜材料研究,主持並圓滿完成多項國家863計畫、國家科技支撐計畫重大項目、中加國際合作項目及歐盟第六、第七框架項目,研發成功中國氯鹼工業用全氟離子膜系統技術、新能源和新能源汽車用質子交換膜系統技術及系列特種含氟高分子材料。國產氯鹼全氟離子膜的問世,結束了國外30年技術壟斷,為中國實現了從氯鹼大國到氯鹼強國的歷史性跨越奠定了基礎,是我國氯鹼工業發展的里程碑。獲授權發明專利100餘項,起草3項國家標準,發表SCI論文70餘篇,編著的《含氟功能材料》一書獲中國石化聯合會優秀圖書一等獎。
