科研方向
1.金屬配合物與DNA/RNA相互作用研究(包括DNA/RNA結構識別、光斷裂及轉錄抑制)。
2.配合物超分子體系光電轉換和光致電子與能量轉移調控研究。
3.多吡啶配合物為基元的分子器件設計及其光電性能套用。
學術成績
1.已發表學術論文40多篇, 其中SCI收錄論文30篇。
2.現主持國家自然科學基金1項,參加國家、省自然科學基金及國家重點實驗室開放課題基金5項。
(1) 國家自然科學基金項目(2002.1-2004.12):釕多吡啶配合物為基元的某些分子器件設計及其套用,項目負責人。
(2) 國家自然科學基金項目(2001.1-2003.12):金屬配合物研究DNA的結構、功能及作用機制,主要成員。
(3) 國家自然科學基金重點項目(2003.1-2005.12):金屬配合物、生物大分子蛋白質和DNA的相互作用,主要成員。
(4) 廣東省自然科學項目(2003.1-2005.12):抗癌性多吡啶類配合物量子化學研究、計算機模擬及合成, 主要成員。
(5) 配位化學國家重點實驗室(南京大學)開放課題基金(2002.4-2004.3):位點和順序專一RNA和DNA切割劑合成及其作用機制,主要成員。
(6) 生命有機化學國家重點實驗室(中科院上海有機化學研究所)開放課題基金(2000.7-2003.6):核酸的結構與功能關係中的重大化學問題的研究,主要成員。
