V型膠原蛋白的構造 4. 動物凝集素的作用 5. 糖脂分解酶的發現及套用 6. 糖脂機能的研究 7. 腫瘤的轉移與糖脂的機能 8.利用糖鏈引物用細胞製備糖鏈 [研究方向]: 1. 雖然人們已經清楚腫瘤是由基因突變所引起的,但是目前採用基因治療仍然很困難。為了防治癌症患者的死亡,本實驗室致力於腫瘤轉移機制的研究,尤其是對神經節苷脂抑制腫瘤轉移性的細胞信號轉導通路的研究,希望能夠發現抑制腫瘤轉移的藥物。 2. 細胞表面的糖鏈與細胞的識別,粘附,移動,分裂有著密切的關係,為了研究糖鏈的機能,本實驗室致力於利用細胞合成各種糖鏈的研究。我們認為如果能清楚糖鏈調控細胞功能的機理,不僅能夠解釋一些疾病的病因,而且還能開發出相應的治療藥物。 [主要論文]:(發表於1986年後) 1.
