乾燒栗子雞煲是一款家常美味菜,主要原料有雞半隻切塊等,這道菜肉質細嫩、滋味鮮美、營養豐富。材料:
雞半隻切塊(用一大匙醬油稍醃),板栗十粒(用昨晚烤肉的余火烤熟的,非常酥香),紅棗四粒,香菇3朵(泡軟切片),蒜八顆,姜數片。調味料 :
高梁酒一大匙,老抽醬油一大匙半,糖一大匙,香醋一小匙,麻油一大匙,清油少許。做法 :
