乾煎豬排

乾煎豬排是以豬裡脊肉、雞蛋等作為主要原材料製作而成的一款菜品,調料是胡椒粉、醬油等,通過油煎等方式做成。

做法:

1、將裡脊肉切大片,用刀拍軟,撒上鹽、胡椒粉、醬油醃漬成豬排。2、將醃漬好的豬排拍上少許麵粉,再浸入蛋液中,取出裹上一層麵包糠。

3、鍋內倒入適量油,燒至六成熱時,下入豬排煎至熟透,兩面呈金黃色,再放入烤箱中烤5分鐘,取出改刀切成長條狀裝盤。最後可以根據個人口味做個芡汁澆上去即可(芡汁可用醬油、鹽、糖、番茄醬...調製)。也可以不澆芡汁,蘸番茄醬或是蘋果醬食用。
