【製作方法】
1、大米洗淨,放入小湯鍋,加入一份清水浸泡30分鐘,然後再加入一份高湯,大火燒開後轉小火,煮至米粥粘稠。
2、雞腿一隻,需要多少肉取多少就可以了,洗淨去掉雞皮。

4、清香黃瓜小半根,洗淨切片。
5、乾果適量,撒在做好的粥上即可。(量隨自己的喜好,乾果的種類也隨意)。
6、粥變粘稠後,加入雞肉、黃瓜,加入少許鹽和白鬍椒粉,攪拌均勻後就可以關火了,盛入小碗,撒入乾果碎就可以吃了。
