丁三梅，女，回族，1974年生，民眾，碩士研究生，講師， 1998年本科畢業於陝西師大外語系英語教育專業。2008年研究生畢業於寧夏大學外國語學院外國語言與文化專業。
1998年9月在秦皇島南戴河外國語師範學院參加工作，2000年到西北第二民族學院工作，在預科學院任教至今。
