LAOTSE聯盟，英文全稱Links to Asia by Organizing Traineeship and Student Exchange
。是在1998年亞歐會議（英文：Asia-Europe Meeting，ASEM）上成立，是一個歐洲和亞洲頂尖大學間交換學生和高級學者的國際網路。
