From college to junior school， the embience is similar， but the role changes a lot.People often say that teacher is an engineer which (who)brings up the our motherland's flowers healthily and strongly.I had thought that as a teacher ， you should have enough responsibility and good quality，besides that ， you also excelled in your subject you teach.I had held the opinion that if you embodied these characteristics ， you would be a good teacher.With the time passing and the social experience growing， I find the former idea is so childish and simple. Once a senior said that society was like a dyeing vat.I came to find the value of it.Four years ago， when I was at the beginning of my career， I engaged in my job from day to night(病句). As for me， I thought to be a teacher was giving ， not taking.I was very pleased with my students， we SHARED happiness and sadness. I once sobbed for one helpless student who suffered a lot (缺少賓語)from his parents. In my mind， the most moving matter happened just like yesterday.i like my future work i think.
