劇情簡介
1930年代的上海，一個內憂外患、黑社會橫行的多事之秋。土匪關大義為尋找一見鍾情的歌女丹鳳來到大上海闖蕩。
青幫馬日升看中丹鳳美色，威逼利誘，企圖強娶為姨太太。關大義挺身而出，為丹鳳做主，卻因此與馬日升結下江湖恩怨。 關大義買下長虹戲院，憑藉自己不怕死的土匪弟兄和手上血債累累的槍，一躍而成上海最大黑幫，號稱“紅幫”，與馬日升展開黑幫血拚。
