近三年先後主持世界宣明會汶川災後重建國際合作、江蘇援建綿竹災後重建、成都市科技局科技支撐等國內外縱橫科學研究與地方服務項目多項。曾兼任成都市飲用水源地保護研究中心副主任、成都流域飲用水源地保護研究四川省高校重點實驗室(籌)執行副主任、四川長城環境科學研究院首任輪值執行理事、湖南軟體職業學院副校長、執行校長 (兼)、湖南省民辦教育協會高等教育專業委員會副主任、湖南省民辦教育協會第五屆理事會副會長 等。

四川大學環境工程工程碩士、環境科學博士。
主要履歷
1. 1995年任成都軍區後勤部環保設備總廠科長;
2. 1998年任四川新津砂輪廠廠長;
3. 2004年任成都長征焚燒爐研究所所長;
4. 2006年任四川長城環境科學與工程研究所所長;
5. 2008年開始致力於成為專職的環境學者 ,專注於環境科學孤獨思考 與環境污染控制工程技術研發 。
