工作經歷
1999年，獲山東大學粒子物理與與原子核物理專業博士學位，2005年聘為山東大學教授，2007年遴選為博士生導師。

研究方向
1. 加速器物理：主要參加位於日內瓦的歐洲核子研究中心（CERN）的ATLAS實驗，研究top夸克對產生過程自旋關聯效應和單top產生的截面測量。
2. 高能宇宙線物理：利用國際合作羊八井宇宙線觀測站實驗，研究宇宙線甚高能區宇宙線成分分辨、解釋宇宙線膝區結構的成因；利用太空觀測AMS實驗，尋找反物質。
3. 核電子學與粒子物理探測技術：加速器實驗和宇宙線實驗探測器研製開發，曾經研製ATLAS實驗繆子觸發探測器窄間隙室（TGC）探測器，PbWO晶體光產額性質測量系統，並相應開發多個基於USB、CAMAC、VME及接口技術和LibView、VB軟體技術的核電子學系統。
4. 計算機格線計算技術：主要從事高性能計算機集群建設和作業系統管理開發，LCG（LHC Computer Grid）格線計算站點建設、性能維護和系統監視工具的開發。
