青芒果沙拉

基本步驟

原料:青芒果、洋蔥。輔料:青蔥、花生碎。
佐料魚露、蘋果醋(或者檸檬汁)、糖。
選料時請注意:
1、芒果一定要用硬的,硬的好削皮,也好切絲。如果是那種熟透的芒果,味道會甜,做這個沙拉就不適合了。
2、雨露在外貿超市有買的,適用於製作越南、泰國、印尼風味的菜品,很鮮,也很鹹。用它調味之後可以不用放鹽了。
做法:
1、芒果去皮、去核切絲。
2、洋蔥切絲。
3、倒入一勺魚露和半勺蘋果醋調味,沒有果醋用檸檬汁也可以,不過用量要減半。
4、灑上一些青蔥末攪拌均勻。
5、將拌和芒果沙拉裝盤,最後灑上一些花生碎,這樣不僅好看,還可以增加口感。
