科研成果

1995年,錢永常博士在國際上第一次確定了在神經退行性疾病中起極其重要作用的大鼠銅泵Atp7a基因序列,直接被美國國家生物技術信息中心(NCBI)收錄
2000-2005年間,國際上第一次確認對兒童的智力發育有嚴重危害的重金屬鉛專一性攻擊銅泵Atp7a,在分子水平上對重金屬鉛的神經毒性研究是一個極其重要的發現,相關工作被發表在毒理學和神經毒理學的國際頂級雜誌上
2008年,錢永常博士研究組在國際上第一次報導,重金屬鉛可以直接攻擊淋巴細胞中參與免疫球蛋白分泌的伴侶分子,為重金屬鉛的免疫毒性研究提出了一個全新的分子機理,工作發表在中國預防醫學的權威雜誌上
2009年,錢永常博士國際上首次報導目前在臨床上廣泛使用的抗驚厥和癲癇藥,2-丙基戊酸鈉(valproate),嚴重影響人類神經細胞突觸的生長,相關工作發表在著名的《大腦研究》雜誌上
2010年,錢永常博士帶領的杭州紐龍生物科技有限公司的技術團隊,研發出一種生物活性蛋白/多肽的新型純化技術,目前正在申請技術專利,同時相應的專利產品即將面市。生物活性蛋白/多肽的純化技術是生物製藥領域的關鍵技術,是此領域的難點和熱點,紐龍生物在此領域的技術突破,為神經活性多肽的微生物工程生產提供極其重要的保證.
