鄭怡輝先生有著豐富的會計審計行業從業經歷，曾任全球四大會計師事務所畢馬威會計師事務所重要職務（KPMG Peat Marwick），參與多宗香港企業上市，與港交所及滙豐、渣打、恒生等全球知名商業銀行保持著長期合作的夥伴關係。
