1995年9月-1998年7月,大連理工大學材料工程系,工學碩士學位;
1998年9月-2003年7月,大連理工大學材料工程科學與工程學院,工學博士學位。
工作經歷
1992年7月-1998年9月,吉林化學工業公司儀表廠,工程師;
2002年7月-至今,博士期間提前留大連理工大學材料科學與工程學院工作,教師;
2004年2月-2005年2月,香港城市大學(City University of Hong Kong),訪問學者;
2011年6月-2012年6月,澳大利亞新南威爾斯大學(the University of New South Wales),與世界太陽能之父Martin A. Green教授進行合作研究。
