【配料】銀魚乾、新鮮蠶豆仁、油、鹽。【製作方法】
1、把銀魚乾洗淨,清水泡發,新鮮蠶豆仁洗好瀝乾水。
2、熱鍋倒入少量油,下泡發瀝乾水的銀魚翻炒1分鐘,倒入適量開水(沒過銀魚半公分即可),大火燒開後轉小火,閉蓋煮。
3、大約十分鐘後,鍋中的湯會變白,此時轉大火下蠶豆仁,閉蓋小火煮至蠶豆仁變熟,放鹽調味即可。

這道湯不必放料酒,讓銀魚鮮徹底散發出來。
