【歷史】
〖大事年表〗
1970年 由沙爾德聖保祿女修會(The Sisters of St. Paul de Chartres)創立。於建校初期，她曾借用聖言中學校舍開辦中一課程。
1972年 校舍完工。由麥理浩夫人舉行開幕儀式，並由已故徐誠斌主教祝福。
1975年 首屆中五學生參加會考。開始出版校刊。
1978年 首屆中七文科學生參加高級程度會考。
1985年 學生會成立。
1993年 首屆中七理科學生參加高級程度會考。校友會成立。
1997年 將原名藍田聖保祿女子中學，改為藍田聖保祿中學。

辦學主旨
【辦學宗旨】
St. Paul's School (Lam Tin), established in 1970, is a Catholic secondary school run by Sister of St. Paul de Chartres. Faithfully following the teaching advocated by St. Paul, its patron saint, St. Paul's School (Lam Tin) has been upholding the Paulinian spirit of 'all things to all men' (1 Corinthian 1X:22) inculcated with the Christian values of love, goodness and truth and intellectually, morally and spirtually prepared to face their life in future.
【班別架構】
2005年度，藍田聖保祿中學在校學生約1200人，分布於31個班別。中一至中五設5個班別(A、B、C、D、E)，每班約40人；中六至中七設3個班別(A、B、C)兩文一理，每班約30人。
