蔣洪迅，男， 1974年生，博士，中國人民大學信息學院副教授，碩士生導師。
中國人民大學教師蔣洪迅2003年始，在中國人民大學信息學院任教；
2005年，評聘為碩士生導師。
研究方向包括：服務科學、系統科學、群智慧型計算，近期研究興趣在於隨機服務能力規劃。

主要研究方向服務能力規劃、群智慧型算法、服務科學
對學生的培養要求計畫明確，完成及時；說話嚴謹，做事仔細；勤於探索規律，善於發現癥結；勇於承擔使命，敢於解決問題。
