目前主持國家自然科學基金、重慶市自然科學基金和校內基金各1項。主持/主研完成教育部重點項目、重慶市自然基金、重慶市教委項目等8項省部級項目,獲重慶市自然科學二等獎1項。長期作為Journal of Alloys and Compounds、Materials Science and Engineering B、Applied Surface Science、Journal of Physics and Chemistry of Solids、Inorganic Chemistry Communications、Physica B等國際期刊的特邀審稿人。以第一作者或通訊作者發表論文20餘篇(其中SCI收錄12)。近期發表的論文如下:
