臨沭縣正宇碳化矽廠生產能力及工藝
本廠具有雄厚的技術力量,可靠的電力資源,完整的管理體系,擁有先進的氣流粉碎和制粒設備,形成了以冶煉,C、GC制粒,C、GC微粉生產為一體的產業結構,年產GC矽塊8000噸,C、GC砂各6000噸,微粉2000噸.
本廠生產工藝先進,檢測手段齊全,保證產品質量,嚴格按照國標或按照客戶要求的標準組織生產,生產的"晶臨花"牌系列產品遠銷美國、日本、韓國、印度、俄羅斯、白俄羅斯、歐共體等十幾個國家和地區.
地里位置
本廠在縣城西沂蒙創業園區,南靠隴海鐵路,北鄰兗石鐵路，距連雲港機場30公里,臨沂機場15公里,東有青島、日照、連雲港三個港口,地理位置優越,交通十分便利。

Linshu Zhengyu Silicon Carbide Factory—a state-owned enterprise, which has the right of self-run export was founded in 1990. We have a rich technical force, a consummate management system, reliable electric power resource, and advanced jet grinding mill, crushing& grading equipment. We could provide 10000 Mt of green blocks, 6000 Mt of black grits and 8000 Mt of green grits per year. The annual production capability of micro-powder is 2000 Mt. Now we have an industrial structure of smelting(a voltage transformer capacity of 12,500KVA), C and GC crushing& grading, and micro-powder.
Owing to the advanced production technology, completed quality controlling methods and high-quality products, our “Jinglinhua” products are exported to USA, Japan, South Korea, India, Russia, and more.
