研究方向
採用化學工程學科中的精髓“三傳一反”知識並緊密結合化學工程學科發展的最前沿方向及熱點(化工產品工程及化工時空的多尺度)解決上述化工材料製備過程中出現的關鍵與共性問題(反應器開發與流程設計)是我們的研究宗旨。研究工作既把化學工程學科的核心內容與學科發展中出現的新特點緊密結合起來,又密切聯繫了國內工業實際,做到所選課題具有“基礎性、前瞻性、針對性及實用性”四性(在本室深造的同學既能學以致用(方便找工作),又能發表漂亮文章(有助繼續深造))(已畢業學生在本室取得成果及畢業出路說明了我室人才培養的成效)。

烯烴(丙烯)聚合工程 | 以消化吸收國外主流丙烯聚合工藝,自主開發先進的丙烯聚合工藝為目標, 基於化學工程思路並具體採用聚合(冷/熱)模試、分子/隨機模擬以及化工流程模擬與最佳化等技術手段從多尺度(分子、細觀及巨觀尺度)角度系統研究丙烯聚合過程。 研究重點:工業丙烯聚合體系的傳遞規律、聚合動力學規律、工業主流的聚合反應器模型、丙烯聚合主流工藝的全流程模型及最佳化、新型聚丙烯催化劑設計、製備及考評。 |
“氟矽”特種防污高分子塗料(聚合)工程 | 致力於具有自主智慧財產權的特種建築/海洋防污塗料的開發與產業化,基於仿生學思想(自然界某些植物特有的防污功能、海洋生物天然的抗污能力), 構建與製備超低表面能及超疏水性並具有微相分離結構的氟矽聚合物用作特種防污塗料的基料, 進行塗料配方設計和復配以及塗料性能測試,甚至產業化。 研究重點:特種防污塗料基料(氟矽聚合物)構建、氟矽聚合物的合成及結構表征、氟矽高分子體系的自組裝性能及其未模板的納米顆粒可控制備、特種防污塗料配方設計及復配、塗料套用性能測試及工業化。 |
現代化工技術在化工行業中實際套用 | 採用夾點技術、反應器模型化技術、化工流程模擬與最佳化技術及化工系統集成等技術對國內現有反應器、化工工藝流程的能量與物料消耗進行衡算及分析, 指出用能與物料消耗瓶頸,並提出節能降耗建議及實施措施。 目前集中在以下幾方面的工作:化工新流程開發與最佳化、現代化工技術在石油化工行業中的套用。 |
科研項目
研究得到國家科技部(863、973項目各1項)、國家基金委(4項)、國防總裝備部(1項)、國重實驗室(3項)、福建省科技廳(2項)、中國石化、中國石油、煙臺萬華及中國藍星股份公司(其中6項資助經費超100萬元的企業課題,成功參與開發了2項高端化工產品(國內市場有售)並成功指導改造與最佳化了多項大型工業反應器與流程)等單位的強有力支持。
