科研項目
主要從事生物物理化學和界面物理化學方面的研究工作。以極端環境多孔介質中微生物活動為背景,研究微生物的生物物理化學過程與界面反應機制,包括分子水平微生物群落結構與功能、微生物的傳輸過程與界面行為、以及生物分子及其聚集體的結構與性質。發展和建立生物物理化學的先進實驗方法和理論體系,為微生物及其功能基因的資源化利用和生物活性物質的開發技術提供科學基礎。
目前的重點拓延領域:微生物脂肽和微生物採油技術。
獲獎記錄
近幾年來,負責國家863計畫重點項目、國家自然科學基項目、國際合作研究項目等科研項目。發表論文80餘篇,申請中國發明專利15項(其中授權發明專利5項、國際PCT專利3項,發表SCI和EI收錄論文40餘篇)。曾獲上海市科技進步一等獎 (2008)、山東省科技進步三等獎 (2003) 和山東省高校優秀科研成果二等獎 (2002) 等科研成果獎。
教育及成果
教學方面,主講本科生《物理化學》課程和研究生《生物物理化學》課程。目前承擔國家級雙語教學示範課程“《物理化學》雙語教學示範課程” 和教育部 “工科化學系列課程雙語教學體系的研究與建設”等教學研究項目。
獲獎記錄
曾獲寶鋼優秀教師獎、國家教學成果二等獎 (2005)、上海市教學成果一等獎 (2005) 和華東理工大學教學成果一等獎(2008) 等教學成果獎。由華東理工大學套用化學研究所所長牟伯中領銜完成的“油藏保護性可持續開發的微生物採油調控技術及工業化套用”項目,榮獲2010年度國家科技進步獎二等獎。
