CNIM is French company created in 1856 for shipyard construction and renamed CNIM in 1966
with a high technological content in three major groups of products and services of Environment/Energy, Transport and Defense/Military.
CNIM Group is present in 21 countries through, Turnover 600 M€ with about 3500 engineers, technicians and professional workers around the world.
CNIM is the only French manufacturer of escalators, famous as world leaders for its high quality heavy duty escalators, engineering facilities and complex projects management. In Jan 2005, CNIM created its 100% fully owned filiale in Foshan City CHINA, named CNIM Transport Equipment, specialized in the supply of escalators /moving walkways/ platform screen door for public transport operators 〔metro, railway and airport authorities）. CNIM TRANSPORT EQUIPMENT is currently growing as an industrial, competitive manufacturing site for supplying high quality escalators/moving walkways/doors and other suitable mechnical products for Asian and global markets, as well as specific engineering projects.
