沈耀,博士,上海交通大學3教授,博士生導師。1972年生。
履歷
1994年清華大學機械工程系本科畢業,分別於1999年和2004年獲美國俄亥俄州立大學材料科學與工程系碩士和博士學位。2004年12月進入上海交通大學材料學院工作,主要從事塊體或薄膜材料的微觀結構和構型在熱、力和電流作用下的演化(位錯運動、擴散、相變;變形和斷裂)及其與力學性能之間關係的多尺度理論研究、數值模擬和實驗研究。
研究方向
界面、位錯和擴散及相變相關的問題。
研究成果
2009年1-4月在俄亥俄州立大學材料系、2010年12月-2011年2月在香港大學機械系進行合作研究。在Acta Materialia, Scripta Materialia, J. Mechanics & Physics of Solids, Int. J. Plasticity, Mechanics of Materials, Philosophical Magazine Letters等雜誌上發表SCI英文論文20多篇。負責國家自然科學基金項目兩項,負責美國因特爾公司、美國通用汽車公司和日本大金公司等國際知名公司橫向合作項目多項。
